Hello and welcome! My name is Emma. Born and bred on a farm in North Worcestershire I love the countryside and everything that embodies it. I have grown up watching my Dad and Uncle work every day of the week managing our small farm. I am therefore passionate about supporting British farmers especially within our local community.
I currently work full time as a registered nurse. I love my job and I am committed to caring. As a nurse I have come to appreciate how important good quality nutritious food is, which is why in my spare time I love to cook and take pictures of scrumptious food for everyone to hopefully appreciate and benefit from.
Feed the Farmer is a collection of good old fashioned recipes and appreciation posts for our fabulous British produce. In the cooking department I am by no means a chef. I aim to keep my recipes simple yet delicious. I have an appetite for most foods therefore I hope there will be something on here for everyone to enjoy.
The aim of this blog is to champion British food and thank the farmers for their hard work of putting food on our tables.
Thank you for visiting!
